David is a development consultant with expertise in viability and compulsory purchase. He has over 25 years’ experience delivering residential, retail, commercial and non-commercial led mixed use schemes throughout the UK, from development of key assets to multi-site regeneration schemes. He has taken projects through the planning process and site assembly phases, for private and public sector clients and structured land-owner and development agreements between parties. He sits on the Regeneration and Urban Development Committee of Revo, delivering thought leadership on the optimisation of our urban centres.

Matthew is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with 20 years’ experience. He has experience in the private sector across retail, residential and data centre uses with a strong focus on viability and analysis.
He was Commercial Manager at Global Switch working on the European Portfolio, Assistant Fund Manager at TH Real Estate working on a €1bn portfolio of Shopping Centres in Germany and Retail Analyst at Hammerson.
